We are here to help you end the diet struggle for good. As people who intensely dieted (undiagnosed eating disorders likely) for ten years we understand the struggle of feeling out of control around food, feeling addicted to food and feeling stuck thinking about it ALL DAY LONG.
We have now been intuitive eaters for a good 7 years and the freedom is worth it all. This journey can be scary (stop focusing on the way my body looks ??? ) but it is so worth it. Claim your life back, make food easy and actually enjoy eating without guilt, shame or shoulds. People think this means only eating pizza and donuts but intuitive eating will include a wide variety of foods from pizza to salads to cookies to smoothies! It's all fair game.
Our initial session begins with a 60-minute overview of where you're at and the things you want to work on the most. We will continue to meet once a week for an hour to answer all of your questions and dive deeper to truly heal.
